I get a thrill from researching my way down to the root cause of messy problems. I didn’t get into instructional design to make pretty slide decks (though I am a stickler for good visual design). I’m in it to change behavior and impact key metrics. I also love joining scrappy teams to build things from scratch. I lead with empathy, vision, and clarity by establishing psychological safety, setting expectations, and promoting two-way, always-on feedback. I also want to help people find joy at work.
