Over the last 20+ years, my career has touched on every aspect of customer training – instructor-led classes, self-paced online training, certification, education infrastructure, and training operations.
I particularly enjoy my role as a people manager. I take great satisfaction from helping my team members grow in their careers, and from having their assistance in growing the scope of what we can accomplish together.
I look forward to using my training industry experience to grow and improve customer training programs in a time of immense change in the training and software markets.

I’ve designed learning experiences for 10 years across many fields: customer education, technical training, mentorship programs, and more. I focus on realistic practice, active learning, and measurable outcomes.
I relish any opportunity to combine my needs analysis skills with evidence-informed instructional strategies. I get a thrill from researching my way down to the root cause of messy problems. I didn’t get into instructional design to make pretty slide decks (though I am a stickler for good visual design). I’m in it to change behavior and impact key metrics. I also love joining scrappy teams to build things from scratch.
I lead with empathy, vision, and clarity by establishing psychological safety, setting expectations, and promoting two-way, always-on feedback. I also want to help people find joy at work. (It’s possible!) It’s why I try to connect the right person to the right project, always looking to multiply the leadership capacity around me.
